  Master builders are the best contractors and repair people I have ever worked with , they are prompt and professional and courteous. The work is beautiful and they cleaned up after they were done. They kept me updated with the progress along with cost. After the work was complete we had a small issue and the guys came out and fixed it with no delay. Can’t say enough good about Master builders. I highly recommend them.

  We used Master Builders to build an outdoor kitchen area. The project involved an extension to the house, a large concrete patio area, an outdoor kitchen with stonework and pony walls to prevent water encroachment to the existing patio. Bart and his team did an excellent job overall. The most difficult thing for us was not having detailed drawings of the project. While Bart always had the vision it was sometimes hard for us to envision what everything was going to look like. While we could have had detailed plans at an added cost, given the scope of this project it would have been nice to have them included. Communication around scheduling was sometimes lacking which resulted in us not knowing when or who would be showing up on any given day. While the project took a little longer than expected (in part due to weather), it was completed on budget (the only incremental costs were related to changes we made). The quality of the work was extremely high, and Bart and his team were very easy to work with and produces a high-quality product!

  We first met with Master Builders about our project about 4 years ago. We bought an old cabin, and had big plans for its restoration and renovation. We interviewed everyone we could, because wanted our home to be built by the best hands, with someone that really understood our vision. Bart and his team were the right people for the job. Bart is REALLY good at envisioning what is needed to transform a space. When I couldn't imagine something, he took time to explain and teach me how it would work. Jack is another amazing resource that Master Builder's has. He is thoughtful and can work out hard problems with patience. Because our house was old and a cabin, pretty much everything attached to it needed to be bespoke, and Jack did a great job in casting a vision and making it happen. We finished our project being good friends with Bart-- we have since done some other smaller projects around our property with him and every time it has been the same experience: professional, timely, and on budget. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about the quality of your home, look no further than Master Builders.
