  Master builders are the best contractors and repair people I have ever worked with , they are prompt and professional and courteous. The work is beautiful and they cleaned up after they were done. They kept me updated with the progress along with cost. After the work was complete we had a small issue and the guys came out and fixed it with no delay. Can’t say enough good about Master builders. I highly recommend them.

  We used Master Builders to build an outdoor kitchen area. The project involved an extension to the house, a large concrete patio area, an outdoor kitchen with stonework and pony walls to prevent water encroachment to the existing patio. Bart and his team did an excellent job overall. The most difficult thing for us was not having detailed drawings of the project. While Bart always had the vision it was sometimes hard for us to envision what everything was going to look like. While we could have had detailed plans at an added cost, given the scope of this project it would have been nice to have them included. Communication around scheduling was sometimes lacking which resulted in us not knowing when or who would be showing up on any given day. While the project took a little longer than expected (in part due to weather), it was completed on budget (the only incremental costs were related to changes we made). The quality of the work was extremely high, and Bart and his team were very easy to work with and produces a high-quality product!

  Could not be happier all around from the initial encounter and job estimate, with Bart Bagsby for our master and upstairs bathroom renovations... , the actual daily workers getting the job done(we loved Jack/Jeremy on our master bathroom and Jack for couple days Jeremy and John on our upstairs bathroom reno) Very professional and knowledgeable. Open to changes and honest when asked their opinion based on their great experience in renovations. We totally trusted them all with our home updates. When we wanted changes they did not hesitate to make it happen and got it done timely. They have high standards. Appreciated Bart's experience, honesty, and excitement with us on the final look....we are extremely happy and would recommend them on any renovation need you have. We plan on using them in 2025 for other home updates...they are good, They became like family to us. We are so grateful to you all. We recommend them to our friends wanting to update their homes and those we don't know.

  100% completely recommend Master Builders by Bagsby Ranch. They showed up on time (often in my driveway when I came out for my morning coffee), everyone is present, engaged, pleasant, and very accommodating. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Everyone is professional and Bart is fun to work with and has a contagious energy for your project. I'd say they nailed it.......here is the before with some after shots.....you decide.
