  Gave them a deposit of $500 and calendared the move for July 3rd before the holiday. Made plans for the holiday with family. Had people fly in to town. They pulled out stating it was too dangerous. I called them and told them I would come up and help. Called the owner he said he trusts his guys didn’t get any pictures or anything. I went up there to take pictures of ramp. See attached. The owner argued with me stating the picture here is of the parking lot not the ramp and that is was flooded. Said he was going to do refund. Still haven’t seen the refund. Make sure you meet them there or they might bail on you if they have any difficulty. Should have micromanaged the job. They ought to factor that into pricing since you have to baby sit them and the owner lets his guys in the field run the show. They obviously didn’t do any due diligence on the move. Claiming that I should have advised them on conditions. Then cowardly cancel the job on July 4th weekend stating his lead has a broken foot. Sounds like the owner should have been out in the field!

  Ryan and Dustin were more than easy to work with. They are located 5 hours from my lake yet they showed up on time as they said they would, completed the work timely and am I happy to recommend their services.
