- JSjude sanchezMar 19, 20261.0Rented a floor scrubber from Katie and was charged $1200 which was fine but she called back and said they didn’t have a trailer to bring that one so all she had was a smaller one which was roughly $750. I asked her about the difference and she said it would be refunded. A month later after calls and multiple texts she has said corporate will be refunding and still nothing. This is a bad way to do business and I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. My contract number is 258834253-001
