- EBErik BoydstonSep 5, 20231.0Rented equipment from this location for one week. Our job got rained out and we called to try to reschedule our rental for the following week. We were told by our sales representative (Eddie) that United Rentals would extend our rental period and that they would leave the equipment on site. When the bill came it was for a two week rental. Eddie and his manager denied that they extended the rental period and claimed that we held on to the equipment for one week longer than we were supposed to. We paid for one week as per our agreement with our sales representative. It has now been two years and we are still receiving late notices and finance charges. We will never do business with United Rentals again. Very dishonest business (no wonder they are not BBB accredited)!
