We are taking our business elsewhere. I refuse to beg them to take my money. Well, we tried again. Went to the shop and conveyed my frustration. They apologized and said that they are so busy. That does not explain how that we didn't move up the list in over two weeks. The sales rep did come to our house promptly. Sent a quote within a few days. Again talking about how busy and overwhelmed they are. I emailed a question about the quote. Six days and still no reply. They are too busy..... I am done. If it is this hard, I can't imagine what the installation process would be like.
