  The floors look absolutely stunning— I couldn’t be happier. I’m incredibly grateful for the support Luke provided throughout the entire process. I was deciding between LVP and engineered hardwood, and having a real person to talk through the differences made all the difference. Luke helped me understand my options, select the right samples, and ultimately choose what worked best for my home. He was with me every step of the way. Having a single point of contact was so convenient and made the whole experience feel easy and personal. Luke truly understood my situation. He provided a wealth of information, addressed every concern, and patiently answered all of my many questions 😊. My husband and I decided to DIY the installation, and Luke helped us identify the best material for our specific setup, which was invaluable. On top of that, we ran into an issue with the FedEx shipment (not a Hardwood Bargains issue at all), and Luke completely took over managing the claim and finding a solution. As a busy professional, that level of support meant so much to me. I can’t recommend Luke and Hardwood Bargains enough.

  Not once did I question the fact I was buying sight unseen flooring. Luke talked me thru and guided me until I made a decision. He was very patient with my what ifs. He sent all the samples he thought I was trying to match, but in the end I bought the extra to replace what I had. I do recommend Luke for questions anyone may have, on line or in store. Still in process of laying the flooring...

  Great experience picking hardwood flooring with Luke. Was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Received flooring and it was installed all within a week by Andy and his team. Very professional every step of the process and great pricing. What I thought was going to be a long painful process wasn’t at all thanks to them. Highly recommend.

  I had never bought hardwood flooring online, nor had I intended to do so, but when I came across the ad on social media, and checked out the pricing, I was intrigued. From my first inquiry, my salesman Luke diligently presented me with various options, and he was very patient throughout what turned out to be a lengthy selection process. When I was finally ready to purchase, I had not stepped one foot outside of my office, being satisfied with the product I was getting, the reasonable price tag and quality of the material (I purchased a 3mm wear layer product), and the sterling service and communication from a sales rep that went above and beyond my expectations. Did I mention? The floors in my new ADU look awesome!
