  We were seeking full house flooring update from carpet and manufactured wood to LVP. The product line at Carpet Den offered the perfect find, and sales consultant Brittni Couturier promptly scheduled/completed a measuring appointment in our home. She measured to such remarkable precision that we had virtually no unwanted surplus product. Brittni was highly responsive, knowledgeable, informative, and was an excellent communicator from our introduction through completion of the 3-day process of installation a few weeks later. The installers were meticulous, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. This was a large home improvement purchase, but Brittni and her team made it a seamless and enjoyable experience. We are very happy customers and would like to thank Brittni for her skill, talent, and excellent service.

  The store has a wonderful selection. But the absolute best thing about this location is its people. Krysten Fauth is wonderful! She listens to the customer and guides you in the right direction. She’s very patient and kind and really knows her stuff! I can’t wait until we can get started on our project and celebrate its completion! 👍

  I recently had carpet installed by Carpet Den, and the experience left me extremely disappointed. While I didn’t specifically tell the installers not to walk on the carpet, I expected basic care and professionalism — especially given the nature and color of the product. Instead, the crew walked all over my brand new carpet with dirty shoes. The installers didn’t speak a lick of English which made it impossible to ask questions or express concerns in real time. When I brought this up with the manager afterward, I was told that this was “normal.” They offered to clean it, but first of all, I don’t use chemicals in my home and secondly, once you clean carpet, it tends to track dirt even more. I wanted the new clean carpet that I bought. That response felt dismissive and made it clear that protecting the customer’s home isn’t a priority. For the amount I paid, I expected much better service and attention to detail. I wouldn’t recommend Carpet Den if you’re expecting professionalism, clear communication, and respect for your property.

  DO NOT USE if you are looking for quality carpet and service. We went looking for high quality carpet to replace our current carpet before we listed our house. We had a representative come out and she recommended a carpet that was half as much. Seemed great but the carpet has snagged in several spots within the first week. Even worse, they sent a tech out to look at it. After rescheduling he cut it and it raveled. Then they proceeded to tell me not to vacuum it. No answer except to patch it and it would look ten times worse. When we reached out we were told we were “over reacting”. When we tried to call the manager several times he didn’t return the calls. We’ve had to replace the carpet with another vendor and ultimately spend more than if we would have stuck to what we wanted vs what they recommended. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
