  The Designer “EXPERT” didn’t show up for our scheduled appointment so I called the showroom and she answered. She told me on the phone that it slipped her mind but she could head over within 30 minutes. When she got here I asked a few more questions (which I should’ve done on the front end) because her appearance was completely unprofessional and that’s when I learned she’d been working for them for “about a year” and had ZERO training to be a kitchen designer. Needless to say I’ll be contacting someone else.

  The product itself is great but to avoid very expensive shipping costs, my husband drove two hours to pick up our closet system in Franklin, TN. Upon installing the closet system, it was noticed that the back of one shelving system was missing and the brackets to hold a rod were broken. He contacted the customer service several times. When he was finally able to speak to someone it was very difficult for them to understand the issue. It was finally agreed that the missing piece and new brackets would be mailed to our home asap to finish installing the closet system. We currently have most of our clothing sitting on our couch. After a week of waiting, nothing arrived. When he called the store again, it turns out that they decided to have the missing part shipped to their store, forcing my husband to have to drive 2 hours again. A major inconvenience for a mistake they made in the first place. My husband asked to speak to a manager in customer service to discuss his grievance and it took several days for the manager to call him back. She was very rude and not willing to help with the situation. All we wanted was for the items to be shipped to our home. My husband called her out on the attitude and she hung up on him. We spent over $2,000 on this closet system. You would think they would appreciate their customers better. I do not recommend this company at all!! Buyers beware!!

  We worked with Miranda and she was very thorough and helped us redesign our kitchen on the spot from cabinets to counter tops to hardware, and we walked away with a true picture of what our new kitchen would look like. Highly recommend!
