  The Designer “EXPERT” didn’t show up for our scheduled appointment so I called the showroom and she answered. She told me on the phone that it slipped her mind but she could head over within 30 minutes. When she got here I asked a few more questions (which I should’ve done on the front end) because her appearance was completely unprofessional and that’s when I learned she’d been working for them for “about a year” and had ZERO training to be a kitchen designer. Needless to say I’ll be contacting someone else.

  Krystal was a pleasure to work with! She gave me a design and quote in a few hours online and when I went into the showroom the next day for some advice and design changes, she was extremely accommodating and professional. The original design changed dramatically with her being patient and offering great ideas. The end result was perfect and a great value for the money.
