- LBLaleme BrianMar 18, 20251.0Brightland homes builds a very poor home. We have only lived in our home at 7231 Richvale Dr in Fairview Tennessee for a month now. This is at Richvale Estates. Do not BUY from Brightland Homes. The customer service and warranty person Arthur is very unprofessional. We have had numerous issues. This includes DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL ISSUES. They will not stand behind their product! They refuse to even replace a window for the second time due to structural issues. Arthur finds any excuse to not fix, repair or replace any issues! Once again do not buy from Brightland homes in Richvale Estates in Fairview Tennessee. Thank you Brian Laleme at 7231 Richvale Drive
