We wanted to replace the old tub with an accessible, tile/glass shower, but it was also important to us to respect original architectural features and retain original tile flooring in our 85 year old house. Greg was extremely helpful with design suggestions. Our renovated bathroom is just as we imagined; we are delighted with the final product. Our only complaint is that communication and oversight by Arrow’s assigned project manager was non-existent throughout the project. Fortunately, we were always successful in depending upon Greg and Ray when we appealed to them for assistance with addressing minor oversights and/or getting the project back on track.
