In fact, he was so cordial, I want to take a moment to say that this kind of small-time, local business people who take the time to understand their customer base is sorely lacking. While we did go with a different company (within my mother's budget), the initial job he did to stop-gap her septic tank - he called and had voided the check for the work. If we had more owners that acted upon their conscience this way, America would be in a much stronger place, but that's not my intention to make a political statement here. Suffice it to say this: I wish "Above All Plumbing & Septic Service" a BLESSING OF SUCCESS as they continue to grow as a company and may their work continue to be a model for other entrepreneurs and business owners here, near, and far. Original review for reference: A WORD OF CAUTION. We called, and they came out directly, which I was grateful for. However, he charged us $200 more than most other septic services in the area, then tried to scare my mother into a new septic system instead of checking all avenues to see if it could be repaired. He also didn't empty out the tank completely, either. We had to find another company to finish a job that cost half of what he quoted us.
