  ECO came out for a service call and showed up on time—that’s about where the good ends. They charged $70 just to confirm the exact issue I had already explained. Then they tried to quote me $1,900 to replace a single copper line. For that price, I could buy an entirely new unit—with lines included—for a fraction of the cost. That’s not just high… that’s unreasonable. I declined the work, which should have been the end of it. Instead, I came back to find my unit left torn apart and not reassembled. Now I’m stuck fixing the original problem and cleaning up their mess. As a contractor myself, this is unacceptable. If a customer declines a job, you still leave things the way you found them—period. That’s basic professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend ECO based on this experience. Between the pricing and the lack of respect for the customer’s property, it reflects poorly on the kind of service you can expect. This is exactly the kind of behavior that gives good contractors a bad name

  Prompt wonderful service. Chris was great , carried out his duties exactly professional. Glad I found them to do my generator maintenance. The other company was way more money.

  Had Eco Home Solutions inspect and service our gas furnace/central air package unit. Tech (Michael Cooper) was right on time and did a thorough job. It’s an old unit and needed a capacitor replaced but he had the part and was able to do it right then. Price was good. We are very satisfied with Eco.
