  If you are going to get your generator serviced with Premier, ask for Jacob, he was great! Jacob was the consummate professional and really knew his stuff. He took me through everything that needed service and got it done quickly. Saying that, I am pretty sure paying $918 ("with a 10% Parts & Labor Discount") for a new controller board is highway robbery, so I WILL NOT be using Premier Generators next year for my service. If I didn't have so much going on right now I definitely would have done the repair myself as a new "Generac 0H06430SRV 2008 Air Cooled Control Panel" is available at several locations for $389.99, and it didn't even take an hour to be installed. Which tells me that Premier is charging over a 100% markup on parts which seems excessive and predatory. So in the end I paid $299 for the service call and $918 for a parts that's available for $389.99 on the open market. That's a total of $1217 for this years maintenance. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, that won't happen again.

  Jacob went over all the services that he would perform on our generator. I asked him if we were on a yearly service plan and we were not. I asked him about there service plans and he thoroughly went over each plan with me. It was worth purchasing the plan.

  We are really impressed with Jacob Shaffer he explained the ins and outs of the different plans and we decided on the diamond plan and for once did not feel like we didn't trust what someone said. He knows those generac generators and we feel so trusting we asked that he always be the one that comes to our house. Very nice young man also. He is a keeper. We love our generac so much and the peace of mind that comes with it.

  Premier Generators sent Jacob Shaffer to my residence at my request to perform the annual maintenance service on my Generac emergency power unit. He arrived on the scheduled day, inspected the unit, and emailed me a detailed report with pictures of the unit components. He was polite and professional in his duties and took time to explain the report and make recommendations. I am very satisfied with using Premier Generators to take care of this critical unit and it has performed flawlessly over the past 3 years.

  Adam Pappas was the technician. Adam was very thorough and meticulous with every detail. I mentioned to Adam about how well he was cleaning and that I appreciated the attention to details and I was blown away by his response. Adam said " I treat them all kike it was my own". That is customer service that everyone can appreciate!
