1-year routine maintenance check. Easy to schedule (via a couple of emails). Service date was today, great communication by the service technician (James T.) as to his arrival time. Besides being very professional and conversational, he was also very knowledgeable and stayed focused on completing the tasks at hand. No issues were detected, but I feel very confident that a thorough inspection was performed by James. Hopefully when future service or maintenance is required, I’ll be lucky enough to get connected with James again. Thanks, James… and thanks Premier!

I don’t even know where to begin…. I purchased a whole home generator and had it installed with my electrician. However there was a problem from the factory. I was leaving the country for 2 weeks and was very concerned that it would not be fixed by the time I left. I called Premier and not only did they make an opening for me the next day, the technician they sent, James, knocked it out of the park. It was to be a 15 minute fix that turned into 2 hours. He wouldn’t let up until it was perfect. Friendly, resourceful and all while working in freezing cold temps. I’m very grateful to James and his team. THANK YOU!!!
