- VSVicki Spencer6 days ago5.0Crossville Heating and Cooling was quick to respond to a message sent. They arrived same day for a repair call. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair the older wall heater due to parts unavailable. However, they did share and quote a replacement item. While here they shared other services provided. We had interest in a generator that was quoted same day. Very straight forward, financial options and communication was great to get things lined up. Installation was within 10 days. It took two days of hard work to complete. The install crew were knowledgeable, detailed, kind and quick to complete the install. They cleaned up everything as if you didn’t know they were here. Great job well done!

Had the entire job completed in 2 hrs. Cleaned everything and left as if he was never even here. Hight recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

So there is no true way of knowing if their work is good or not. Got an estimate on a new furnace/AC unit that only took about 10-15 minutes. Im not sure how he measured that quickly.. but not impressed!

- LCLouis CovasMar 22, 20261.0During routine cleaning, it was discovered the the duct work in the crawl space was damaged by critters. I was by there when work was done. I received “4 “ of the same picture upon completion at a cost of almost $700. I a long term customer having both my entire HVAC and tankless water heater replaced “2” years ago, the repair price would have been reasonable. Receiving “1” picture “4” times is an indication that the job was not worth $700.
