(5 stars) That said, I'm not happy that I was required to buy plumbing and electrical maintenance services at an additional $60 cost in order to keep my HVAC maintenance service agreement. Right now is not a good time to be forcing extra expenses on folks. I will be pondering who else I might get to continue HVAC service with over the next 12 months before I have to pay the added costs to continue with Charles Stone next time around. - PPPtguy0618Oct 28, 20255.0After a very stressful and bad experience with one of their plumbers(which I will not rehash again), they sent out a new plumber team led by Matt. These two guys did everything in their power to resolve the situation. They communicated everything to me over two days of work, fixed the issues and to make things right they did not charge me anything and showed they do stand behind their work. While I still believe they need to make sure their younger techs are trained thoroughly, I now know they do have solid knowledgeable people working for them. And in the future I will use them again and specifically request Matt for plumbing work. I have deleted my original 1 star review, and put them at 5. To the owner: this only happened because of Matt and his partner- so commend him.
