I Had to call someone to help with our heating and air unit on our 2021 built home. The heat or the air would just turn on and right back off in a few seconds. Matthew showed up about an hour after my initial call. Checked it, diagnosed the problem, found the part and repaired it in just a couple of hours. He had an amazing personality and was super helpful with all my questions. Even though the motor blower went out on our unit and it was an unexpected expense for my family at the moment, we are so grateful Matthew showed up to help us before the cold hits again this weekend. Matt, if you see this, we are so thankful for you and wish you, your wife and babies the most amazing new year. Amanda and Gary Hedgecoth

They were prompt on the scheduled appointment. They were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They went over with me on the project and what I was wanting. They gave me options on ways to do the project and gave me a very reasonable price quote on the way that we came to an agreement on. I accepted the quote and they did a great job, they did it very quickly. When they were done, they made sure that I was happy with their work which I was. Thank you for your work guys.

We recently had a split unit installed in our home, and Michael Lewis and his crew did an excellent job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. The installation was smooth, efficient, and completed with great attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly, all systems were checked before they left, and the work area was left clean. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend Michael Lewis and his crew to anyone needing HVAC work.

I Have been extremely pleased with servers from Charles Stone. You have installed most recently a waterless tank for me. I was planning to continue service and to use you indefinitely. However, your new charges have become higher. and the $400+ charge for 4x/ a year stunned me. While I understand the premise of four times a year, bvisits, I wouldn’t have the need. Your ac/heating Technicians are well trained, and I have had positive experiences., However, for the same service, I can find less expensive companies in the market. I am on a senior budget and have cancelled my winter service with you and made other arrangements.

We have lived in our house for almost 2 years we have never had a problem with the septic lines. Approximately a month and a half ago we had a plug in the front toilet. The tech ran the camera and saw a big toilet paper wad. He ran the snake and got it moving. About 3 weeks later it plugged again to the point where the entire house backed up. Another young tech came out and ended up snaking the entire house. 4 days later it backed up again. Our house is only 4 years old with never a problem. This young tech advised me that where the line exited the house was not installed correctly and needed to be replaced. Kinda strange that it’s been working just fine since the house was built. Plus he said that the company needed to come out with a camera and see what area needs to be dug up and install a different design drain line. It makes no sense how a fairly new house which the plumbing has been working just fine needs to have the line where it exits the house needs to be replaced. Am I a plumber? No but I have worked for general contractors and I have helped the plumber when they were needed. I do understand how the plumbing system works. Like I said I’m not an expert at this. But in my head it seems to me that when the first tech came out he did get the big clog cleared but it just got stopped up again further down the line. I’m not going to bad mouth the young techs that came out because I feel they did what they were taught. The only thing that I was not happy with is the mess that the last one left. I understand it’s a messy job but it could have been better. We were changed a lot of money and then were told that the existing system needed to be replaced and that was going to be a substantial amount of money. When the third tech showed up he informed me that we would have to be changed again. To me that’s bad business. Why would a system that has been working fine suddenly need to be changed? I’m pretty sure that the first clog is still in there just farther down the line. Sometimes you just have to think outside the box. That comes with experience. I’m not happy with going to be charged for the third time for something that didn’t get all the way done the first time. I’m not going to mention names because I think these young techs did what they thought was the best.
