Shane the owner showed up at our home in a few hours! They began work ahead of schedule and the job was done in a very timely manner. All of that and the ground was very wet red clay mud!! Highly recommend!!

Initially, the technician refused to work without someone present, then left before my husband could arrive 15 minutes later. They claimed there was 'no leak,' but the pipes burst again shortly after. When I called back for help, the technician spoke to me in a condescending manner, talked over me, and even threatened to charge my rental company 3x the normal rate to make me look bad as a tenant. Unacceptable behavior and poor workmanship. Avoid this company

We rent so I don't know exactly what was done. Now I clean, shower, and do laundry. I can actually have my family over tomorrow for Christmas Day.
