  Our home sewage system has given us problems for years. We decided to have it fixed such that whatever was causing the ongoing issues would be resolved. We have called on Charles Stone several times over the years. We have always gotten great service from them. The crew that worked the recent sewage system problem did a great job. They worked diligently to get the system back up and working and did due diligence to ensure the system worked without issue. We really appreciate the men that worked this job led by Jordan Hillis.

  Absolutely fantastic service. I called Tues afternoon to get an appointment for someone to come.out and check a problem i had with my electric. I felt like it could be dangerous. The appt was set for Wednesday morning 8 a.m. The service tech, Dale, arrived at precisely 8 a.m. came straight in and started checking things out. Within 5 min he diagnosed the problems, showed me and explained everything. It was dangerous.He checked everything else out, repaired problems, rechecked his work and was gone by 8:30. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. I will never call anyone else other than Stones for any future problems or needs i may have. Thank you for such great service.

  From start to finish our experience was fantastic! Cameron from sales came out and gave us an estimate, we proceeded to move forward with one of the options Cameron recommended. The installation was scheduled quickly. The 2 technicians that came with our new unit which i might add is a beast, explained to my husband what would take place with moving the old unit and then installation of the new unit. The work the 2 techs did is beyond our expectations. We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience with John Scott with Charles Stone, when he came out to service our HVAC system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s not often you come across someone who is both skilled and genuinely informative, but John definitely delivered on both. Highly recommend him. The pricing from Charles Stone was fair. Their live scheduling representatives were great to talk to. They do have AI Representarives and they are alittle weird at first but ultimately was able to talk to a live person within minutes. This will be the 3rd year of using this company for our annual service. When I schedule online. The the AI system did mess up requiring me to call to talk to a live person.
