The quality of the home is extremely poor, and I’ve had multiple issues with the workmanship. Also, you can't trust the reviews as I see the builder has his family putting the good reviews. 1000% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

If it is the model you want your choices are only what has been built. All future builds are being optioned by them only. The lot sizes are generous for a production housing development like this, and it is near the freeway.
