The quality of the home is extremely poor, and I’ve had multiple issues with the workmanship. Also, you can't trust the reviews as I see the builder has his family putting the good reviews. 1000% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Thoughtfully done with great options to suit whatever you're looking for. The area is like you're tucked away in a dream, yet, just minutes away from all you could need. It's kind of like the best of all worlds. Colombia is turning into a very special little town with a lot to offer those who don't want the madness of Nashville or the high-level, outrageous costs of Franklin. At first, it may feel like a long way away, but I think that would all fade out once you settled in there for a while and got your bearings. Richmond American is an outstanding, quality home builder.
