A Carrier technician had just given us a $739.00 repair estimate for a series of electrical issues that "lucky for us" he discovered before our house could catch on fire. Of course, we were encouraged not to run the unit, despite a week of freezing temperatures. John, from Spring Hill Heating and Cooling, carefully looked everything over, including rechecking the other guy's work, and assured us that none of the supposed concerns raised by a non-electrician had any validity at all. Such honesty and integrity are truly appreciated by us. He also accurately diagnosed the probable source of the odor all within the confines of a standard service fee. Thanks again.
