Upon meeting him on day one, he repaired our old roof leak at NO CHARGE and without any obligation on our part. We offered to pay him but he refused and we had NOT even hired him yet. After our new roof was installed, he proved to be an honest, hard-working man who wants to truly please his customers. His employees did an excellent job in a timely manner and there was no stress on me or my husband. Our entire job went smoothly and was done in 2 days. We have a beautiful new roof with the best warranty in the business. Thank you GAF for referring us to Ritco.
