  I have had all of the windows in my house replaced by patio plus and a patio cover done by them as well. Let me start by saying that they are a first rate company and I am very pleased with all the work they’ve done for us. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Great group of guys! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing this type of service done

  I would rate ZERO stars if it was an option. My carport/patio came down with the snow and ice storm. I've called multiple times throughout 2021. The first time I called I was able to schedule someone to come out and give an estimate. I had my Godfather meet the representative. Patio Plus NEVER called back. After a couple weeks, I called and the person I spoke with remembered going to my address. He (the Patio Plus rep) said I met some black man there.. is that the right address. ? The way he said it was with disgust. I said, "yes -that was my Godfather. The patio plus rep said nothing. I later called back again about 6 months later and he remembered me and told me my price will go up 40%. He then stated he would be out and never showed. This is now December 30, 2021 and I've heard nothing. I NOW understand clearly. Patio Plus does not do anything for black residents of Columbia, TN.

  Patio Plus built the enclosure for our deck and we are very happy with the finished product. The whole process was made easy from the quote to the completion date. Their years of experience is reflected in the staff and the finished product. 5 stars and I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Patio Plus.

  I am very disappointed with the owner and the company. Several things factor into this rating 1) they moved several rock stepping stones and knocked over my plant stand and watering can, I had to TELL them to fix it before they left, which they semi tried to put the rocks back and STILL left the plant stand and watering can knocked over... 2) the caulk they used to seal the windows had EXTREME off gassing which no one was ever told about... being pregnant and having small children in the house, this is UNACCEPTABLE. It made me so nauseous and have a horrible headache almost instantly. I could smell it all the way downstairs!!! The upstairs, it was completely invaded by the horrid smell and chemicals. HOURS later and it is STILL in our house. We had to leave. Any business should have the common decency to tell customers about that sort of thing. And 3) they left cigarette butts in our yard and my walkway where my children play. So disrespectful and unprofessional. When I called and talked to the OWNER, he never once apologized, he only offered excuses as to why his workers did this. He said he would address the issue, but a true professional would have instantly apologized. For these reasons, I would never recommend. Beware.
