As an update as of 2/3/25: The company has blocked my number; therefore, they cannot make things right, as their autogenerated response indicates.
There are a myriad of things that I could say about this company. Unequivocally, this is the worst company I have dealt with across any industry. From their customer service to the quality of their work, they have been much more than a disappointment. This company has been the epitome of classlessness, unprofessionalism and provided poor craftsmanship at their chosen trade.
I had this fence installed less than two years ago, but I decided today that I needed to leave a review to warn others. My issues with the company began right after the fence was installed. Within 3-5 days of the fence installation, I had to call to have warped boards replaced, but I was not met with kindness. Rather, I was cursed out, threatened with violence and told that I was poor and unable to afford the fence installation because I would not pay until the boards were fixed.
They agreed to replace ten boards (I need many more), but prior to their arrival, it got to the point that I told the individual who cursed me out that if he stepped foot on my property I would call the police. That is how bad the quality of the work and customer service were in the first week following the installation.
Fast forward 16 months after installation, and a post has separated and is now bowed to the point that I have to replace the post because it is irreparable. Now, planks have begun to separate as well, so I will need to individually replace them, as the cost to replace the fence in its entirety, which is needed, is a major undertaking that I cannot broach at this point in time.
Finally, let's discuss the gates. Due to two entry points at my home, I had multiple gates installed. In the first week, I had to have the latch replaced on one because it would not close. Now, both gate latches need to be replaced as one does not close and the other does not consistently close. As aforementioned, this fence is less than two years old, and I have to replace boards and hardware.
I called the company to let them know in advance that I am leaving them a less than stellar review. I was quite calm, but I was met with rudeness, and I was told by the customer service representative that it is not her fence because she did not install it. When I asked to speak to the manager or owner, I was told they were not available nor would she give me their respective names. When I asked to speak to the individual who installed the fence (as she stated that is with whom I should speak), I was told that I already know everything about the company, so she would not give me his name.
In the end, the customer service representative hung up on me. When I called back, she did not greet me; she hung up again.
This review is long, and I generally do not leave company reviews--good or bad. In this instance, people need to know what this company stands for: low quality work and even worse customer service. If you use this company, you will be quite disappointed with their end product and their customer service as a whole. Steer clear and use another company, even if the cost of the installation is higher (which I doubt is possible).
