  From the start Christine had answers to all of my questions about our roof replacement. She was always easy to reach and I was so relieved that she also dealt with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. When the roof was finished, the area around my home was left somehow more tidy than it was when they arrived! Overall my experience with Pride Construction was top notch and I highly recommend them!

  When I contacted Pride Construction for help, it was to fix the area around our chimney, where we had some leaks after a big storm. Christine and her wife came to assess and walked us around the house, pointing out obvious signs of damage to our whole roof, not just the chimney flashing. Then when the topic of cost came up, I immediately was anxious, because I hate dealing with insurance companies. But Christine reassured me that she—not I—would be the one interacting with our insurance company. I did not have to have a single uncomfortable conversation with our insurance company. She handled it ALL. Christine’s team, led by the amazing and super sweet Ernesto, were professional and incredibly hardworking. There was a huge storm that blew in on the second day and did cause a brief delay, but the job was completed in less than three days. And we have a big house—there was a lot of roof to replace! And now our house looks amazing! And the cost was much much less than we had thought it would be. Pride Construction fixed our leaky chimney, gave us a whole new roof, and did it with genuine kindness. Thank you!!

  Christine and her crew were delightful to work with. Their Attention to details was extraordinary. The initial assessment, working with my insurance company, their material prep, and the actual removal/construction of my roof and the daily cleanup was impressive. I was kept in-the-loop during each phase as well. Christine communication was top notch. My neighbors are now gushing over my new roof! The guys who had to climb on my pitched roof and do the work in the TN heat are heroic. I highly recommend Christine/this team!
