I tried to buy a few plumbing supplies at the Cleveland Ferguson store last year (2020). It took about an hour and a half due to computer difficulties, but I waited. Finally, I completed a form to obtain a part that was not on hand. On that form, I provided my email address. That turned out to be a mistake. Soon, I started receiving invoices for dozens of Ferguson customers throughout the country. Up to 20 a day. There was no way to opt out of these emails, and my attempts to get Ferguson's corporate headquarters to remove my email address from their database were not complied with. To this day, I continue to have my email inbox filled with unwanted email from Ferguson. This company is slow and inefficient on the local level, and incompetent and uncaring at the national headquarters level.
