So, I did not expect priority treatment when I went to their Cleveland location to try to obtain parts for my 20-year-old kitchen sink faucet. However, the gentleman on the counter took the time to try to find my needed parts in their computer system, but the information was not there. He said he would contact the manufacturer to find the information needed to order the parts and asked for my contact information. As I left, I thought “sure”. A few days later I received a call from Fergusen asking for my address so the manufacturer could mail me the parts free of charge as the faucet had a lifetime guarantee. I received the parts, and my faucet works like new. This is a good thing, but the better thing is the customer service the Fergusen people provided.
