  ABSOLUTELY EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!! I would like to begin this review with a little background about myself...I am a Journeyman IBEW Union Electrician. I have worked on everything from residential houses to large industrial power plants. I have also been responsible for overseeing numerous commercial and industrial electrical projects. I was told by an employer that they send me to new customers where they really want to make a good first impression because of the caliber of my work and the pride that I take in my work. The reason I gave my some of my background, is because I want everyone reading this to know that this is coming from an experienced tradesman that KNOWS what pride and craftsmanship look like. In the trades, your name and reputation follow you everywhere you go, so when you recommend someone, you better mean it, because that recommendation also follows you. We tend to not recommend very many people, including close family members... With that being said, "I ABSOLUTELY, 100% RECOMMEND CENTRAL HEAT & AIR!!!". I needed to have a new heat pump installed and got 4 different quotes. From the beginning, when I first spoke with Frank Fugunt, I felt like I was talking to a friend because of his honesty and sincerity. When he came to my home to do the quote, he listened to my concerns and did everything in his power to make sure that my family's concerns and needs could be met. I have worked around many people that only care about their profit margins and hurrying up to get to the next "job" by cutting as many corners as they can without getting caught. In the first 5 min, I could tell Frank was not in it for the money, but because he enjoyed helping people. He was very knowledgeable and thorough when he came to do the estimate. He was also the ONLY one of the 4 quotes that mentioned doing a load calculation before giving a price. (That brand new top-of-the-line unit you are about to spend thousands of dollars on isn't going to be efficient if this calculation is not correct.) I cannot say enough good things about Frank. It has been a blessing to have met him. As for the actual install...THOSE MEN DESERVE A RAISE!!! That crew of young men ABSOLUTELY BLEW ME AWAY!! Out of the hundreds, if not thousands of men and women I have worked with, that was one of the best teams of tradesmen I have ever witnessed. It was a pleasure seeing the teamwork, pride, and craftsmanship that those men displayed. They were polite, respectful to me and to each other, diligent, EXCELLENT craftsmen, and you couldn't ask for better attitudes. I told their foreman and called Frank to brag on them. I told them that if they were electricians, I would do everything in my power to recruit them. (It's hard enough to find one guy with all of those qualities, having a team is unheard of.) It was pleasure to see Frank & their Foreman/Journeyman, Larry, share their knowledge and wisdom with the young men. Thank you guys so much for your hard work and for doing it with pride and craftsmanship! You should be proud! And thank you for giving me something that I can look at every day for the next 10+ years and be proud of. You guys are a perfect example of teamwork and the type of crew that every owner/foreman/project manager dreams of.   These guys are great! I've been a customer for several years, and I've had nothing but exemplary results. Frank in particular is awesome! After years of him suggesting I should get a UV light air purification system installed on the HVAC unit, I finally agreed. Within thirty to forty-five minutes of the install, all the odors from the vents were gone, and the whole house smelled cleaner (even the kids' rooms). I wondered why I hadn't done this years ago. Get one, you won't regret it.

  We've used this company a couple times now and wouldn't use anyone else. They know what they're doing and get things up in going in no time. Very nice guys too and take the time to explain what's going on. Any future problems, they will be the first on my list to call!! :)
