  OK, so we had another company come out because our AC unit wasn’t working. The technician immediately wanted to change out the capacitor and charge me close to $400 to do it. He then proceeded to tell me that both of my circuit boards were bad, that my compressor was bad, my condenser was bad, and pretty much everything needed to be replaced. The repair cost was $4900. At that price they said that there was no guarantee that the repairs would get my air-conditioning running. So they told me I needed to have a new unit. I called Elite and asked them for a quote for a new unit because I wanted more than one estimate. They came out and just wanted to look over my unit for there estimate to replace. After the looked at it for just a few minutes, they determined that there was nothing wrong with my unit that I actually had a damaged thermostat wire that ran from the thermostat to the unit. They made the repair on the spot and then didn’t even charge me. I was so impressed that I asked for a new thermostat to be installed and a new thermostat wire for good measure. I also signed up for their service plan. The guy comes out to service the air conditioner, and when he leaves, I walk outside to make sure no trash was left or anything. It looks like I had a brand new unit. I’m not sure if he polished it or what. It was absolutely fantastic. 100% would definitely recommend Elite HVAC above any others!!

  I just wanted to brag on Elite HVAC and the technician they sent out. They arrived on time, were very professional, and got the job done faster than I expected. The technician, Damian was very respectful and took the time to answer all of my questions. He worked hard and had a great attitude the whole time. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. Thank you for the great service! 👍

  Just wanted to brag about this company Elite hvac in Cleveland TN. and the gentleman they had come out to my house. They came out on time and were very professional. I live alone so i have no clue what i’m doing lol He got the job done quicker than I honestly expected. The young man Damian was very polite and went over everything with me on the questions I had. He was a very hard working young man with an outstanding attitude. I would 100% do business with these guys again. They will be my go to when i need help and who I recommend. Thank you Elite HVAC and Damian for the hard work and quickness.

  I just want to get on here and brag about this company Elite hvac in Cleveland TN and the young man they had come out . They came out on time and were very professional. They got the job done quicker than I expected . The young man Damian was very respectful and talked over everything with me on the questions I had. He was a very hard working young man with a great go getter attitude .You dont Find very many of the younger generation men out there with a work ethic like this young man here . I would definitely do business with these guys again . They will be my go to and who I recommend from now on .
