  Could not have asked for better service. They squeezed me in right before the January snowstorm and replaced my HVAC. Professional and prompt. One of the gentlemen even went above and beyond and fixed my front door knob that had been loose. Great team and exceptional, excellent service!! Thank you!

  Sub par repairs with no accountability for issues they cause for being around since 95 you would think this company would be good at hvac but they break stuff on my unit and charge us for it. If you want a good review then take care of your customers we pay alot of money to have you do sub par work then come back to fix it again on our dime. Heat kit you all broke and now sub par brazing you did on my hvac unit and you have nerve to charge us again for same work.

  I had a great experience with them. They fixed my cooling system. From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. The technician arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and got my system running perfectly again. The service was fast, efficient, and done with great care. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service. It’s such a relief to have cool air again! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable cooling or HVAC repair. 👏

  This was my annual inspection of my system Just happened to have the same technician by the way is knowledgeable he showed me some numbers on my unit that was a little down and said it may last 6 months I asked for a quote on the part and he had one on his truck so we replaced it that part was 10 years old so I knew it was time Have used this company for 10 years as they are the ones who installed my unit when the house was built. Nothing but praise for there work

  I called mainstream for a problem with my heat, they sent Peter and Colton, Peter spent hours rewiring my heat box as we discovered it had internal fire 🔥 do to condition of my unit, Peter called in reinforcement, by name of Matt, before they left my house my system was functional but needed more attn, when Peter came back he also brought big wess I think his name was, he obviously knows his stuff and my particular system, I'm writing this review cause so far everyone in the mainstream team that I've encountered are absolutely great guys very respectful, I won't use any other services for my ac needs, mainstream is definitely my go to and recommend anyone needing simple tune up to major work, mainstream is definitely the best, and they don't charge an arm or a leg, thanks mainstream team
