  I had high hopes for Jodi’s Cabinet Sales for my basement lounge project, but the experience was a series of unfulfilled promises. Despite a great initial showroom visit, it took over a month and numerous follow-up calls from my end just to receive a basic quote. While the designer was personable during the site visit, the communication was non-existent afterward. I was told on three separate occasions I’d receive a callback "today," which never happened. When the quote finally arrived—weeks late—it was incomplete. It lacked the specific finishes and panel-ready fridge details we discussed, and the design felt rushed rather than the semi-custom experience they advertise. I’ve decided not to move forward because communication during the quoting phase is the best predictor of how the actual installation will go. If it takes five weeks of chasing just to get an inaccurate quote, I don't have the confidence to trust them with a deposit or a timeline. Disappointing, as the showroom quality looked promising.

  These guys are great! I worked with Josh to get my cabinets measured and ordered for a renovation. He worked with my timeline and budget to get them ordered and installed. Cabinets look great and customer service is exceptional! Highly recommend!
