- KBKelly BurwellAug 25, 20221.0Charged my son’s debit card without authorization 4 months after he rented equipment. He reserved an 18k Mini X. Showed up and the thumb was missing so he exchanged the 18k and rented the 8k mini X which prolonged his job. When he returned the 8k, he was billed for the 18k. They said he had to pay for the 18k and then get reimbursed the difference. He told them he was only going to pay for 8k and only authorized them to run my debit card for the 8k. They sent him to collections for $1014 and after 4 months, United ran his debit card again for the balance without authorization and never told collection agency. They are now saying he owes another $220. All in all, he has paid over $3500+ to rent an 8k excavator for one week and he still has it showing on his credit. The management at this location will not make this right after multiple phone calls. He has a company to run and feels he cannot dedicate any more time to this so I am posting this review for him.

Actually, once, they didn't have what i needed (48" machine) at this store, and a gentleman with the company drove me one up from memphis and met me at a Loves truckstop beside the interstate where we were working. Giselle has always gone above and beyond to help me. And straight up, they DO NOT have the cheapest price. But you get what you pay for, and they are VERY comparable in price when you factor in convenience! A+
