They also left debris (including nails) all over the yard. I called him multiple times, left messages, and never heard back. I used to work trades, I understand mistakes happen but pretending they didn't and ignoring customers is not the right answer. This all happened while preparing for a deployment too

They were a no-show, and did not call, text, or email. What a waste of our vacation hours at work. Do not waste your time with this company as they do not value their customer's time. Great job on customer service....Epic Fail. We will not be contacting a smaller locally owned business that will value our time as a customer.
