  This company is delightful to deal with. They are straight up honest good guys who do excellent work, and are reasonably priced. They communicate well, and show up on time, ready to do the job. Zac, a master plumber, did the installation of our whole house filter, water softener and reverse osmosis system. He was very professional, thorough, meticulous and considerate, He made sure all the equipment was properly placed for our home’s traffic pattern. We are very happy to have had him do this work. He treated our home as if it were his own. That is rare these days. Seriously consider this company if you are looking for this kind of solution to getting rid of the residual swamp water aspects that seem to be common in the municipal water here.

  After installing five substantial water purification systems over the past 12 years, with each "upgraded" system from different companies failing to do what it was promised to do, I finally met Samuel. I knew immediately that I had found someone who would be competent and honest, representing a company that would have the same qualities. He was knowledgeable, straightforward and clearly understood what was required. After the successful installations, I cannot say enough good things about this company and their work ethic. What was supposed to be a fairly straightforward job in one area turned into something much more complicated when the waterline was not where it was expected to be. Instead of giving up and leaving to return another day, Marcus and Jason stuck with it late into the night and dug down nearly 6 feet before they located it. Even after an already long day working in different areas on my property, they had the determination and dedication to complete the job. This was a company effort with Dustin and Samuel involved as well, and it is rare to see this level of professionalism and commitment these days. I would absolutely recommend Pure Southern to anyone looking for a company that stands behind their excellent work and goes above and beyond for their customers.

  I’m sorry I’m not good with names, but I think the other guy was Kyle he also did an outstanding job explaining how the system work and if I get on the maintenance program, how do I do that and did extra work for me with my piping under my sink? Did an outstanding job very polite and knowledgeable Zach and Kyle, you can put them in for a Raise They’re doing your company great

  Zac Stancil Did an AMAZINGLY SUPERB JOB!!!!!!! installing my system. He is super professional, extremely knowledgeable, informative, kind, thorough etc. He got straight to the install a real professional and Master at his craft. Asked if I had questions pointed out specifics to the system gave me pointers and provided followup. The system he installed is so neatly and professionally done and looks amazing in my home. I LOVE my new system and would/will recommend Zac Stancil at PURE Southern Water to all my family and friends. Thank you!!!!!

  I want to leave my feedback in regards of all services. I have been researching about water filtration and comparing the prices between different companies before we have stopped on Pure southern water and air. Our sales manager Stone was very professional, he explained the difference between the options we had, all the benefits of each system and left it up to us to choose which one is the better choice for us, (besides testing of the water) . I wanted to go for less expensive option of whole house filtration and reverse osmosis for the sink which is really good and best price market for the same quality between other similar companies. While my husband wanted to have the most tech version which we ended up getting . Its still the best price in comparison. What I like as well Stone would always reach out to make sure if he could help us decide in case we had any more questions. The minute we made the decision, our installation was scheduled in the next 2 days. Zac and Chaz, the installation team came as scheduled. They explained and showed where would be the best place to install. They went though all the paperwork with me.( I wish my husband was home for that) They were super quick, installed everything in less than 2 hours. Im very greatfull, our water is amazing.
