We were provided a quote after discussing everything we wanted for our kitchen island countertop and proceeded with payment; however, on the day of template measurements we had several concerns. The individual who came to measure was not familiar at all with porcelain countertops and what was required (admitted by him during measurements because we had so many questions). These were the same questions asked at the time of quote but were told those would be answered by the person measuring. After a couple conversations with the office (initiated by us because we were not getting answers to all our questions) they causally emailed us a revised quote without any call or explanation. Upon calling them to get clarification we were informed that the salesperson who quoted us was also not familiar with porcelain countertops and did not provide an accurate quote. Because of this, we were told we were responsible for the cost without any further discussion or compromise on their end. The entire process with MC Granite Clarksville was unprofessional and incompetent.
