I said to the technician are you done already and he said yes it was too cold to clean the outside unit or check the pressures. I agree that it was too cold to clean the coils, but I don’t understand why you don’t do all the checks that are done in the summer. The only time either of my units have been cleaned by your technicians was the last time in the summer and afterwards my drainpan kept filling up and sometimes overflowing on the floor. I wouldn’t think that there would be water draining this winter hopefully. Thanks. Charles
