When my tenant called, they told him that the address was non-serviceable for payments not received 2018 from my previous tenant that was in their location. On December 9, 2023 a tornado took all the units off the building and brand new units were put in by mainstream company for unit A, B and C. Keep in mind, Unit A a , Unit B and Unit C all have brand new tenants. They have been there since August 2024.. So when the new tenant called to get a service, they declined to take care of him to service his unit . It sounds kinda hypocritical when I paid over $25,000 put in 3 brand new units with warranty and service. That was supposed to be Guaranteed. So now my tenant has to call somewhere else and will be charged for labor that was supposed to be guarantee.

He is the only employee of Mainstream whose moral compass still functions. I ended up disputing the credit card charges, doing a BBB complaint, and going to the state contractors board. In the end they installed what we agreed to, though some very shoddy work in my opinion. The owner was very uncooperative in dealing with me. I paid as agreed and then was made to wait several weeks as they had ordered the wrong condenser and then forced me to wait while he attempted to get credit back for the wrong unit. Very nice people to deal with but very poorly run business. Folks, all I can say is do your diligence. There are 10 different heating/Cooling companies within a mile of Mainstream and hopefully one or more of those still understands what customer service means. Because evidently Mainstream has lost sight of that key ingredient. I'd be more then willing to speak to anyone about my system or how I was treated.

After 30 days, we reserve the right to review our bid for cost appropriateness to reflect any increases in material or labor expenses. Our “packages” are priced very competitively.
