  Well where do we begin... For starters worse cabinet company that I ever have dealt with. We ordered our cabinets back on April 28th and paid in full 43k. Ultimately they emailed us and so no longer than 12 weeks. We found out after taking our money and paperwork they did not order our cabinets until May 16th. Since this process has began the company has done poor work and lacked to return our calls and answer our emails. Furthermore we have had to file a BBB report against them for their failure to full fill what they promised, When we finally got our installation scheduled on August 8th they subcontracted to installers who had zero clue and were very careless with the installation. they rushed doing poor trim work, overcut our trim and base boards which all were new from our remodel and did not install our island correctly or cut the floor shimming it and installing it backwards and crooked. They also had an apprentice from their company show up to assist who lacked confidence and was nervous when told to drill the holes on the cabinet doors and install the handles. As the customer I voiced my concerns and was against it and told them that these cabinets were custom and didn't want them messed up by an apprentice. My gut was right for now we had to have doors and drawers replaced because more than half were installed either crooked or not even with the matting handles. Since Jodi's cabinets has failed to finish the job to this day and their so called QC warranty work has been a miserable experience. There manager Scotty assured us in our home he would take care of us and talked a lot, but since has been a ghost and not returned our calls. The sales rep Dylan did a design he assured us would support a huge quartz slab and of course it did not and they never came to install the brackets before the installation and qc the island before the counter install. They sent a guy out to do QC work and still is not done correctly and they failed the first time around to order everything correctly or did not order it all who knows at this point. We have trim falling off, poor craftsman ship of our crown molding and we still have no updates or call backs to this day. The woman who answers are calls is rude and does not either pass our concerns and desire to speak to the owners or again they just don't care. I think when you ask for compensation for their poor work and failure to meet our desires of what we paid for we should get offered more than a 100 dollar gift card and not the excuse of no refunds for bottom line they failed and admit it but don't want to do right by us. Currently we are still waiting on the garbage cans we paid for and ordered still not delivered to us, cabinets still not finished, the quality control work is still not done and what they attempted to do is needs addressed for we got trim coming off and the blend work is poor. We still have not got any updates, a call back, or even what we ordered and we are on day 188 and counting. As a long standing citizen within this community and a military veteran would strongly encourage stay away and use someone else for we could have gotten the same cabinets and custom color a lot quicker from Home Depot and and better service. We now are realizing it would have been worth the extra $7k cost to get our project done right and in a timely matter. This company is all about profit and not customer care and I have always strived to support local business, but this one will always recommend to my friends and coworkers to stay away for they are dishonest and not reasonable in their care or quality of work. We have called, emailed, and waited and called two weeks ago with no response or call back as requested by the owners and managers. They do not honor their customers especially those who trust them and paid in full. longest wait ever and still nothing is completed or installed correctly.

  Amazing experience. First Scotty turned a quote and design around super fast. He made updates and changes to make sure we were completely satisfied. I chose Jodi's among 5 very good quotes from reputable companies - based on the customer experience we received before we spent a penny. Scotty offered ideas based on his experience. He found ways to save us money. Then came the installation. Superb. Another team member, Heidi came to make sure everything looked good. A week after install, we found that the bathroom sink faucet holes were too close for the faucets. I asked if we could just make extra holes. They refused to entertain that idea. They insisted on replacing all the bathroom sinks instead - and said the the sinks would be there in a week's time. I'd already told my friends and family that they should go to Jodi's, but after this incident, I want to give them 10 stars. Call Scotty, or anyone of their amazing team. I am sure you will thank me later. --Zellinger.
