  Customer service was great! The operator was very friendly/easy to talk to while explaining our plumbing problems. Tony was quick to arrive and worked hard to fix our plumbing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. If needed in the future, we will definitely use your company again. Thanks again.

  Showed up with no tools or parts for repairs. Supposed to come back early next day. Never showed up even after several calls. I’ve had no water for several days. Broken water line was installed by them two years ago and broken again.

  my regular local guy couldn't make it out to my house but I needed someone asap. so I reluctantly called these guys- but they were great. honestly it was great service, the guy was super personable and friendly, answered questions and communicated well. very pleased to have our issue taken care of quickly and painlessly and for a reasonable price. can't ask for anything else, right ?

  Tony was great, he did an amazing job. His boss is another story. I needed a camera put down because he kept getting stuck. We are dealing with a mainline back up and they want me to wait another day for the camera. The job should be finished when they were here. So the management is the problem.

  Called them 2 years ago to pump our septic, asked them to add an access to our tank so we wouldn't need to continue digging up the yard and check our field lines. Well....needless to say none of this was done. Fast forward to recently and continued septic issues, we have called since the first visit and magically they are busy every time we call. So we finally called a different company, our septic and field lines are fixed because our septic lines were disintegrated. Roto Rooter completely ignored our septic issues and field lines. They charged us an excessive amount of money to fix NO issues!
