We began as real estate developers and continued through succeeding generations. - SWSarah WDec 30, 20251.0Do not recommend. Multiple things were missed on our home inspection and we’ve only been here two weeks. Hopefully it doesn’t get worse from here. They also missed our termite inspection completely. They promised a refund on the termite inspection that was never done and have not followed through despite us reaching out multiple times.

He was always 100% reliable with the scheduling and was incredibly detailed with all the home inspections I needed. His father also helped me out with one of the inspections and also went above and beyond to help. Their experience and expertise is great! Scheduling was also so efficient Thank you Preis !

- CMCold Valley MediaJan 4, 20175.0Preis is amazing! I was looking to buy a very old home in the Chattanooga area and had no idea who to turn to that could provide a proper, thorough inspection. Well, through a close friend I was referred Preis. This father and son team showed up at the late 19th century Victorian I was eyeballing. They spent a few hours going through the home top to bottom. By the end of the inspection they had discovered that the home rested on an old Civil War cemetery. This was a bit disconcerting, but in the end I purchased the home because the rest of the house was sound. I'm super pleased with Preis and their inspection. Without them I would not have figured out that my roommate is Col. Timothy Schilling, commander of the 5th Cavalry. He's the best. His horse is a little annoying though.
