- IIIron Compass InsightsApr 2, 20261.0Several years ago we had a Low E tinted glass busted out in our store front and called Hubbuch Glass to see if they could match and replace it. Don Johnson (not kidding that's really his name) came out to look at it and said it would be no problem to match. After a few weeks, the window replacement arrived. It wasn't even close. So we ended up having to replace the other windows so they would all match. Mr. Johnson has been in the glass business for most of his life and THIS is what we got for service? LOL What a joke. How do you explain this level of incompetence.
