  Window world was a pleasure to do business with. The prices were very competitive, customer service was a solid 10. I definitely recommend them, and we're very picky customers! The windows look really nice, and the quality is top notch. Our home is much quieter, and the energy savings will be nice too!

  I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy today on a service call. He was very kind, but it was his attention to detail and the care he puts into his work that really made me feel like a valued customer and earned a 5 star review. He noticed that we had sticky marks on the vinyl from our install, and he got some cleaner and wiped down each window for us. He also noticed handprints on our new picture window, and he got out this ladder and cleaned them up for us since we don't have a ladder to reach that window from the outside. I would highly recommend Window World to anyone considering new windows.

  Window World is INCREDIBLE. They truly stand by their product. Have their windows in our house and had a patio door and front door installed this time at daughter’s house. They took great care in measuring and the install with Silvio and his team were very friendly and professional. We are very pleased. Highly recommend Window World. Price may be more than say Home Depot or Lowe or Lowe’s but you can not beat the quality & factor they stand by their product. You get what you pay for!

  Window World was great! From Pam the office manager, to Josh our salesman, to Brock the measurer, and Andy project installer supervisor they were always professional, punctual, and answered all of our questions! Our house had almost 30 year old windows before and now we have absolutely beautiful windows! Would definitely recommend renovating and upgrading with Window World!

  Installers: Silvio and crew did good work. They worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. Window World Corporate: I ordered windows with cross hatching. Somewhere between my consultation and the window ordering process that point got missed. The wrong windows were installed. Replacements are scheduled to be installed two weeks from now. This is a miss that should have been caught. Window Manufacturer: The manufacturer that Window World uses is sending them un-finished product. My windows were missing felt in key places that allows cold air and light in through seams that should be filled. I have windows that were installed last year by window world that have felt in places where my new ones have it missing. After speaking on the phone to a WW representative, this is apparently a known issue (so why wasn’t it caught before the install). Overall: My order from Window World last year was flawless. I even recommended them to others. Considering the issues I have had this year, I am less than impressed.
