We purchased our windows a few years ago and did a whole house check so we could put an order in for everything all at once. The warranty is a game changer! Jeremy came out and installed our new windows and went through and checked them all as well to make sure all parts were fixed or good to go. Even being able to text them for order updates was a bonus! Only downside is one of the window sashes was supposed to be a top sash and they sent a bottom instead. I have no worries they will get it corrected and fixed in no time.
