  Met with Claudio at our home for an estimate to completely remodel our master bath in early November, gave him full set of architectural plans, even updated plans a week or so later, and then never heard back. I tried to communicate for updates and received multiple excuses about holidays and vacations, we weren’t in a hurry so that was fine. Come February, we’ve just been ignored and decided to let everyone know about our experience. A simple “this doesn’t fit our profile”, “we’re just too busy”, or “we are not interested” would really save us a lot of time and let us move onto other contractors who may want the work. We just don’t understand why he would drag it out without any sort of update or refusal, to let it linger feels very irresponsible from a business standpoint and leads us to believe working with Rondon would not be a good experience.

  We are so happy with our experience working with Rondon Construction. Our new house is beautiful; it's filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The design is not only beautiful but also incredibly energy-efficient, which has made a noticeable difference in our utility bills. Even after closing, Claudio has been readily available to answer any questions we have.

  I had the pleasure of working with W Rondon Construction on an industrial kitchen renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He not only delivered the project within my budget but also completed it in record time, exceeding all my expectations. Claudio has an incredible ability to understand and bring a vision to life. He perfectly captured what I wanted and infused the space with a modern, organic, and timeless aesthetic. One of the standout features of the project is a custom marble table he designed for me, complete with wheels for versatility. This unique piece has transformed my dining area, allowing me to reconfigure the space effortlessly for different occasions.   I have had the luxury of doing business with Claudio for nearly 18 years in both residential and commercial applications. He is a most unique contractor in that he is fairly priced goal and customer oriented as well as having an artistic eye for suggestions. I have obviously been very pleased with his work and will continue in the future.
