After spending 45 min trying to lossen the ball, which apparently the hulk tightened. They ended up loaning me a brand new one they took off their shelf. They then made sure the trailer sat level which required them to adjust the hitch on the trailer. When I returned it on Monday morning, they were as happy and helpful as if I was their last customer on a Friday evening. Super enthusiastic and nice. When they noticed my Purple Heart license plates the wouldn’t charge me. I told them to please charge me. And they threw their hands up and said it was too late and had already been done. I owe y’all a beer!
