  We recently worked with Sims-Lohman for our new granite countertops and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! There was a small hiccup along the way but they came back promptly and made it right, no questions asked! Ralf and her management team were absolutly exceptional throughout the process - professional, responsive and committed to making sure we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommend Sims-Lohman for both their quality and their outstanding customer service!!

  After having to replace my stacked laundry center, the new one would not fit under the over- head cabinet. The washer sat in the middle of my laundry room. I presented Ralf Cross with the issue. She came up with a solution that was cost effective for me and sent installers Jeremy and Robby out to the house. They were polite, skilled and did a great job removing the crown and filler. Then moving the cabinet up 1 1/2” and adjust the cabinet doors. Their solution was a lot less labor than moving the whole wall of cabinets, which further saved me $. They even cleaned up after themselves and touched up the nail holes. I am VERY pleased with the entire Sims-Lohan experience and can HIGHLY recommend Ralf, Jeremy and Robby for your cabinet needs.   Due to a bad leak in the wall behind our sink, our sink, cabinets and countertops had to be removed. I looked on the Internet for someone to replace our kitchen and found Sims-Lohman here in Chattanooga. I showed up @ their store @ closing time but, Ralf Cross stayed and talked with me about my needs. She was absolutely fantastic to work with. She came up with a design and budget to meet my needs and despite it being only weeks until Christmas, got everything done just before the holidays. She is very knowledgeable about the entire job from start to finish. Her installer, Miguel was very professional as well. I love my new kitchen, especially the countertops.

  I can't say enough great things about this company. We love our new cabinets and countertops! Not only do they have a massive selection, they have the best service in the industry. We messed up a door recently, totally our fault. They went out of their way to get a new door, come out and install it, and covered it with no questions asked. I'd give additional stars if google allowed it. 5 plus stars!!!
