Scenic City was responsive to my call and soon Chris, the technician, called and said he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and even after encountering a surprise or two along the way with the system, had it up and running within an hour or so. For HVAC issues I will not call anyone but Scenic City and kudos to Chris for doing such an excellent job.

Our heat went out, and with a baby, that was a little nerve-wrecking, but Anthony figured out the problem in no time at all. Heat was restored and this Momma was happy! The price was fair, and we will most certainly be using this company for any future heat/air needs.
