My mom did with a completely different name, and they absolutely replaced our water heater and our attorney is filing a civil suit! So deceptive Original review (they didn’t read) Terrible! Do NOT use these scammers. “Free Estimates “ turn into extremely high quotes and they put you on the spot. Obviously they are commission sales people not plumbers. Tricked my grandmother into a new water heater, it was only 2 years old, mine is 25 years old. She had a small drip, they told her it could explode. Luckily I had them leave the old one , had 2 other plumbers inspecting it and they said we were scammed. It was a pop off valve dripping because her pressure was high. She needed a pressure regulator not a new water heater for $2k !! Thieves. The manager girl is rude, office lady is rude, owner I have met and should never have even let her call. The owner is Adam, he has dollar signs tattoo on him which says it all. Buyer beware!!!
