Apparently the appointments require a phone call to confirm them heading to your location before they will come out. Even though they send an email the day before confirming your appointment and also an email when they are heading your way. They had the wrong number to contact me so I could not have received a call. I was never told I would have to answer a phone call in order for them to come to the location. So I just wasted time I could have been working for no reason.
