    I received multiple referrals for different HVAC companies to handle a potential gas leak. Malone was the only one that came from all 3 sources. And they were right. Tyler came out Saturday evening and took care of me, answered all my questions and gave me additional info regarding gas heating. Being new to Tenn and gas heating, this was extremely helpful. If/When the need comes up, I'll be contacting Malone Heat & Air for any needed work.

    Dakota is a great service person. On inspection trip he identified a major problem with our hvac unit. Then on a cold, windy day spent hours replacing a major part of he was quick to explain everything. Hope he's our service man next time.
