Their extensive experience and knowledge came to the forefront when they recommended a unique plan for eliminating the drainage issues while restoring and preserving the original driveway. No one else I contacted came close to showing the effort and creativity put forth by the folks at Cox. Furthermore, I can say without hesitating that both their efforts and the end results exceeded my already-high expectations. As a result, if I have a need for concrete work in the future, my first call will be made to Cox.
- JSJafto SupremisDec 13, 20245.0So, choosing a contractor is fraught with trepidation. I chose Cox Concrete because of the Sales person Peyton and his honest assessment of my residential project. A driveway demo and install. To complicate the project, I had a fence with remote access gate, irrigation, electrical etc. Cody the project manager kept me up to date and Eric of the demo team came in to assess and discuss the project prior to start. Eric started the demo and the next day his team came in to finalize this portion of the project. Taz and Ian showed up and I outlined the problem areas and they said “no problem, we will take care of it, thanks for the heads up.” Tax and Ian were respectful, considerate and diligent. It is hard to find these attributes in a trade anymore and they are a true testament to good hires and good work ethics. They took care around the sensitive areas and it showed in their pride of their work. We are at the 50% point - demo is done, and I look forward to amending this post with nothing but a great follow up. A lot of times all you hear is complaints, but this is nothing but compliments to the Cox Team.
