The original person we were working with was fired and the individual who took over for her was not interested in giving us the customer service we expected. The doors we ordered from Huttig came damaged and we had to have them resend doors not only once, but 3 times. The whole experience with Probuild was disappointing. The doors should have been looked over before they brought them to our home and we should have been told they were damaged and that they would reorder them. We had to deny delivery for the damaged doors in order for them to reorder them. The whole experience was a great hassle. Take your business elsewhere.
