My Window World experience was amazing. From our salesman to the install crew, everyone was wonderful, helpful and were so efficient. The installation crew cleaned up every scrap of trash before they left. This was truly a great experience. Thanks to Darrin Cook sales rep and Drew and his install crew!

I’ve been highly impressed with the professionalism throughout my window installation. Dylan led the final install; he was courteous and made sure that all of my questions were answered and understood. I’ll be continuing future installs with Window World and would recommend them to anyone.

We needed our 20+ year old windows and a French door replaced and selected Window World after receiving several other estimates. From the Sales person to the front office to the installers....everyone has been extremely professional and proficient to work with. We did have a hiccup with our living room windows but Window World kept us informed throughout the whole process of having to reorder them all the way to installation. The installers were very experienced and clean with their work. I would highly recommend Window World for all of your home updates and/or repairs.

Update: I submitted an online inquiry with proper contact information for myself. This is how I was able to be contacted twice. When I'm being told my file can't be located, this only reinforces the exact issue I originally pointed out which is a breakdown in internal communication. This is concerning for two reasons; 1) internal records are not managed properly. Or 2) no real attempt was made to locate prior to responding to review. More importantly the response completely avoids addressing the actual problem. Original: I submitted an online request for a residential replacement window quote on April 2. I provided my name, phone number, and the full property address. A call center representative followed up and confirmed all of that information, stating the local office would reach out to schedule. No follow up occurred on Friday. The next contact I received was Monday, April 6, the same day inspections were already scheduled. At that point, the timing was already missed. When the local office finally called, the conversation immediately showed a breakdown in communication. I was asked how they could help, even though they had my request for a full window replacement quote. Then I was asked for the property address again. I questioned that, since the address was already provided and confirmed. I was told they did have it, yet it still wasn’t referenced or confirmed. The call then circled back to asking what I needed, which again had already been clearly communicated in the original request. This kind of disconnect is exactly what creates a poor customer experience. I explained that I had a home inspection and multiple vendors scheduled that same day and that it would have been ideal to coordinate their visit at the same time. That opportunity was missed due to the delay in response. From there, the situation became even more concerning. After explaining that I am under contract to purchase the home and that we are pursuing a renovation loan, I clearly stated that we needed contractor quotes as part of the due diligence and underwriting process. I was then told they could not even provide a quote unless I already owned the home. To be clear, this was not about performing work or scheduling installation. This was a refusal to provide a quote. That position is completely inconsistent with standard real estate and lending practices. Under the Tennessee Association of Realtors Purchase and Sale Agreement, buyers are given a defined inspection and due diligence period, commonly 10 to 15 days, to obtain contractor quotes, inspections, and estimates. These are routinely required by lenders. Financial institutions like Eastman Credit Union and other mortgage lenders rely on these quotes during underwriting to evaluate property condition, scope of improvements, and value in relation to the appraisal. This is standard, everyday practice. Refusing to provide a quote until after ownership is not only impractical, it shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how purchase and renovation transactions work. As a result, Window World lost a substantial project: 14 replacement windows One large front bay window Two exterior doors I shared this exact experience with a local competitor, and the response was immediate and professional. They clearly understood the process, confirmed this is standard practice, and were more than willing to provide a quote during the contract period. They even made a point to say they would ensure I did not experience this level of confusion or resistance again. That contrast speaks for itself. If Window World’s internal policy is to require ownership before even providing a quote, it is a barrier that will continue to cost them real business. Buyers under contract are highly motivated and ready to move forward, and this approach pushes them directly to competitors who understand how the process actually works. I’ll be moving forward with a company that does.
